We offer several levels of support—from product for a competition prize to performance-based partnerships and larger event activations. Every partnership is evaluated according to brand alignment, audience, engagement, demonstrated support and the value being exchanged.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, free product or financial sponsorship.

PRODUCT FOR PRIZES, WINNERS AND EVENT GIVEAWAYS

Hosting a competition, fitness event or community activation? KLEN RX may provide product for:

  • Overall or division winners

  • Athlete prize packages

  • Raffles and giveaways

  • VIP or competitor bags

  • On-site product sampling

Product support is based on event relevance, audience fit, attendance and available inventory.

In exchange, approved events may be required to provide KLEN RX with event recognition, social media tags, photography, video or other promotional assets.

Product support does not include cash, travel expenses or paid event fees.

Designed for athletes, coaches, creators and competitors who want an ongoing relationship with KLEN RX.

Approved partners receive a personalized discount code to share with their audience. Qualifying purchases made through that code generate rewards that can be applied toward:

  • KLEN RX products

  • Competition preparation

  • Registration fees

  • Approved event expenses

  • Future sponsorship opportunities

Your level of support grows with your performance. Code usage, content quality, consistency, audience engagement and brand representation are all considered when determining eligibility for additional product or financial support.

Having a discount code does not automatically guarantee free product or cash sponsorship.

Event-level partnerships are reserved for opportunities that offer clear value to KLEN RX and meaningful access to our target audience.

Support may include:

  • Competition prize packages

  • Athlete or VIP products

  • Product sampling

  • Digital promotion

  • On-site brand activation

  • KLEN RX vendor participation

  • Partial or full sponsorship funding

Financial sponsorship is considered only when an event can demonstrate strong audience alignment, professional organization and clearly defined sponsor deliverables.

Event proposals should include:

  • Event name, date and location

  • Event history and organizer information

  • Expected attendance

  • Audience demographics

  • Social media and email reach

  • Sponsorship levels and pricing

  • Exact deliverables at each level

  • Category exclusivity

  • Vendor or booth opportunities

  • Promotional timeline

  • Previous event photos or results

KLEN RX does not provide financial sponsorship based on logo placement alone.

  • Estimated attendance

  • Booth dimensions

  • Vendor fee

  • What the fee includes

  • Sampling and sales permissions

  • Electrical and internet availability

  • Load-in and load-out details

  • Supplement or sports-nutrition category exclusivity

  • Marketing exposure included with the booth

A vendor invitation is not considered a request for KLEN RX to sponsor the event. We evaluate booth opportunities according to audience fit, sales potential, travel requirements and total participation cost.

LEVEL 01 — ACTIVATE

Begin with an approved discount code, product giveaway or introductory collaboration.

LEVEL 02 — PERFORM

Demonstrate consistent promotion, quality content, audience engagement and qualifying referred sales.

LEVEL 03 — EARN

Redeem accumulated rewards for product or request approved support toward an upcoming competition or event.

LEVEL 04 — DEPLOY

Top-performing partners and established events may qualify for larger product packages, on-site activations or negotiated financial sponsorships.

KLEN RX prioritizes partnerships with individuals and organizations that:

  • Genuinely use, support or understand the brand

  • Align with our audience and values

  • Communicate professionally

  • Provide clear promotional value

  • Produce quality photo or video content

  • Meet agreed-upon deadlines and deliverables

  • View sponsorship as a two-way business relationship

We receive more requests than we can approve. Applications with incomplete information, unrealistic financial requests or no demonstrated connection to KLEN RX may not receive sponsorship consideration.
